As part of a three year code update cycle, Linn County has moved forward with the adoption of the 2009 International Building Code (IBC), 2009 International Residential Code (IRC), 2009 International Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes (IMC and IFGC), as well as the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).
