The Linn County Recorder's Office has temporarily relocated to the first floor of Linn County West, 2500 Edgewood Road SW in Cedar Rapids. This location is connected to the east side of Westdale Mall.


The Linn County Recorder's office handles real estate records, birth, death and marriage records, as well as boat, snowmobile and all terrain vehicle registrations and titles.  In addition, the office sells hunting, fishing and trapping licenses, including deer and turkey tags.
