Home Health has moved to its new location at 1240 26th Avenue Ct. SW in Cedar Rapids.

About LCHH
The Linn County Home Health Program has two parts:

1)  The General program's Home Care Aides (HCAs) provide in-home, non-medical help to elderly and/or disabled people. 

2)   The Protective program's HCAs supervise visits between children in foster care and their parents and/or teach parenting skills.
