This comment period is for the public to address topics on today’s agenda.
APPROVE MINUTES
The Board will hear updates from the following Department Heads:
Dan Biechler, Conservation Director
Jon Gallagher, Soil Conservation Department Head
Curtis Dickson, Health Department Director
Don Tyne, Veterans Affairs Director

Garth Fagerbakke, Construction Services Manager:
1. Jean Oxley Linn County Public Service Center --
a) Public hearing to review plans and specifications, form of contract and estimated cost.
b) Discuss and decide on plans and specifications, form of contract and estimated costs.
c) Discussion - Open and review of bids for construction project.
2. Correctional Center Construction Project –
a) Discuss plans and specifications, renderings, alternates, construction staging on the island and
schedule.
The Board will continue to hear updates from the following Department Heads:
Britt Hutchins, Purchasing Director
Les Beck, Planning & Development Director
Phil Lowder, I.T. Director
John Brandt, LCCS Executive Director
Darrin Gage, Director of Policy & Administration
