Resolution approving Dude Ranch Second Addition, Minor Boundary Change Case MBC-01-10.
Adopt resolution to establish a road closure and detour for Linn County Project LOST-COGGON RD(11), P.C.C Whitetopping on Coggon Road from Robinson Road easterly approximately 2.2 miles to the City of Coggon.
Resolution rescinding the following warrants as they have not been received and are presumed lost:
#70471896 – Arleen Zahn-Houser - $620.66 – Medical Examiner Fees
#70494882 - Jeff or Jane Scherf - $180.00 - Rent
CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS
Authorize Chairperson to sign Request for Payment/Activity Status for Contract # 08-DRB-210, Report # 10, period ending July 28, 2010, in the amount of $263,328.00.
Authorize Chairperson to sign Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification for the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
