| | | QUESTION How does Options help someone find employment in the community?
| ANSWER An employment specialist (an Options staff member) will speak with the person looking for employment. The two will agree on certain things about a new job (type of work, hours per week, part of day preferred for job, preferred city area for a job, etc.). The consumer and employment specialist then begin a job search with phone calls, applications, and personal meetings with employers.
