QUESTION
Will the LIFTS driver help me on and off the bus?

ANSWER

Yes, LIFTS is a door-to-door service. Assistance will be provided to get you from the door of your pick-up address to the door of your drop-off address. LIFTS staff will NOT assist you past the initial checkin/reception desk at office or medical buildings.
