Protective Program

Protective Program
The Protective Program provides support to families to help protect children and adults from threat of abuse or neglect.

Protective direct care workers may:
  • Teach and monitor parenting skills
  • Teach household organization
  • Teach budgeting and money management
  • Teach and monitor care-giving skills
  • Supervise visits between children and parents

Services to families with children are provided upon referral from the Department of Human Services.
