March 3 2020: Special Election

Alburnett Community School District will hold a special election on March 3, 2020 to seek voter approval on two public measures.

Both public measures require a super majority to pass (60%).

Alburnett Community School District will use vote centers for this special election. Voters may choose what location to vote at. The following vote centers will be open on election day from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

  • Alburnett United Methodist Church: 221 S. Main Ave., Alburnett
  • King of Kings Lutheran Church: 3275 N. Center Point Rd., Cedar Rapids

College Community School District will also hold a special election on March 3, 2020 to seek voter approval on a public measure.

This public measure will require a super majority to pass (60%).

College Community School District will use vote centers for this special election. Voters may choose what location to vote at. The following vote centers will be open on election day from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

  • College Community School District Office, 407 75th Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids
  • Ely Public Library, 1595 Dows St., Ely
  • Fairfax Public Library, 313 Vanderbilt St., Fairffax
