As per the contract, the completion date for the project is September 30, 2019. This means the contractor must complete the project on or before that date. The contractor will not close Walker Road today (7th). The rain over the weekend has pushed their schedule back. They will close the road Tuesday or Wednesday. I will send another update once their schedule has been set.
