Linn County Public Health Asks Foodservice Businesses to Check-In After Storm

Linn County Public Health

LINN COUNTY, IA – As power continues to be restored throughout Linn County, Linn County Public Health is asking local foodservice businesses to email us with a status update. Due to phone service interruption, we are still unable to accept direct phone calls.

Linn County Public Health requests foodservice businesses in Linn County provide us with responses to the following questions by emailing

  • Primary contact information to communicate with your facility such as email address and/or phone number.
  • How the storm has impacted operations (loss of power, structural damage, etc.)?
  • What was done as a result at your facility?
  • What is the current status of your operation?

Linn County Public Health food safety staff will then contact foodservice businesses if follow up is needed. We will issue a notification once phone lines become functional.
