The auditor's office can accept absentee ballot request forms to have a ballot sent by mail. The first day ballot can be sent by mail is October 5th. The last day to request a ballot by mail is October 24. The absentee ballot request form needs to be in the office by 5 p.m. on October 24th.

A petition requesting a satellite absentee voting station must be
filed no later than 5 p.m. on the 47th day before the election.
At least seven days before the first day of a satellite, the
auditor must notify the political parties’ chairpersons of the
date, time, and location of a satellite so the parties may appoint
